• What are your shipping policies? We ship USPS to the US, UK, and Canada. No APO, FPO, PPO, or PO Boxes unless agreed to by email prior to sale. All freight claims must be settled with freight carrier before issuing refunds.
• What are your payment options? We accept VISA and MasterCard only. If the item you wish to buy does not have a purchase button, email us Sales@ProjectorMovies.com and include item title, page URL, and your contact and shipping information. We will reply with an invoice total cost including shipping and insurance.
• Do you make exceptions to your payment policy for government agencies? Yes, we do make exceptions for the US government, and some of their contract agencies.
• Do you offer combined shipping? Yes, we do offer combined shipping.
• What is your return policy? Due to the fragile nature of vintage/electronics all items are shipped with pre-paid insurance, and sold "as is" with no warranty unless stated otherwise, or prior arrangements have been made in advance. Warranty may be available upon request. If a warranty is available, defective product may be returned for store credit within 72 hrs of receipt of item. No credit will be issued unless original product has been returned in the same condition as shipped. *Customer is responsible to pay all freight charges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
