LEADER AND TAILS, THIS IS THE US VERSION OF THE FILM AND IS NOT COMPLETE
(thus the discount price). THIS IS A RARE FILM TO FIND, HAD ANOTHER PRINT MANY YEARS AGO

Films, Shanghai Surprise featured George Harrison as a nightclub singer
(Movie Soundtrack by George Harrison). Shanghai 1937. Glendon Wasey
(Sean Penn) is a fortune hunter looking for a fast track out of China.
Gloria Tatlock (Madonna) is a missionary 16MM Print Runs 97mins. Color is excellent. Runs thru

Supporting Actor Oscar for this film biography of a Mexican peasant's
rise to power. Top-notch acting and flawless direction make this a
sure-fire bet for and Anthony Quinn buffs, lovers of classic Hollywood
cinema. The film also features a beautiful score by Alex North, who also
received an Academy Award nomination. Director: Elia Kazan
Producer Darryl F. Zanuck. Runtime: 113 minutes mounted on three
16MM 1600-foot metal reels, this ORIGINAL KODAK print (struck in 1960) is in
VERY GOOD-to-EXCELLENT CONDITION. Some head and tail leader intact.
Complete. Nice-looking, clean image. Some TV splices, but NOT a problem.
