16MM feature film "Friday the 13th" starring Betsy Palmer and Kevin
Bacon. This is the first movie in the infamous series of classic
1980s horror films. In 1957, A young boy named Jason Voorhees drowned. In
1958, two camp counselors were murdered, in 1962, the fires and bad
water thwarted to reopen the Crystal Lake Camp. Now in 1979, Crystal
Lake was finally reopened by Steve Christy, with the help of a few new
counselors. Ignoring the warnings from a local wacko, the murders start
once again by a mysterious stalker. Is revenge what the killer is
looking for? Who will survive the nightmare and live to tell the story?
The film is mounted on 3 1600ft reels and is in gorgeous Eastman LPP.
The colors will knock your socks off. This is a slightly edited TV print
so some of the more gruesome scenes have been cut. The film flows quite
well. All opening and closing credits are there. There are very few
lines or splices |
